We reply personally
There's no call centre here — messages come to us directly. Ask about a product, tell us what you'd like us to source, or just ask to be told when we open.

Questions we get asked
Are you open for orders right now?
No. SYRAFresh isn't trading yet — this site exists so you can see what we're building, tell us what you'd want, and be told when we open. You can browse the range and send us a list, but nothing you do here places an order or charges you anything.
When will I be able to actually order?
We'd rather not promise a date we might miss. There's real groundwork first — choosing suppliers, food-safety registration and the business paperwork that lets us take payments properly. The waiting list is how you'll find out, and it'll be the first thing we do.
Where will you deliver?
We intend to start with Hyderabad and Secunderabad, then expand based on where the interest actually is. If you're elsewhere, join the list anyway — it genuinely helps us decide where to go next.
Why is your ghee more expensive than the supermarket's?
Because bilona ghee needs roughly 25–30 litres of milk per litre of ghee and is churned by hand. Commercial ghee is centrifuged directly from cream in a fraction of the time. Both are called ghee; only one tastes like it.
My honey has gone solid. Is it spoilt?
No — that's crystallisation, and it's one of the clearest signs honey is raw and unheated. Stand the jar in warm (not hot) water and it liquefies again. Honey that never crystallises has usually been heated hard.
Can I request a product you don't list?
Please do — this is the single most useful thing you can send us. Nothing in the range is fixed, so a request now carries real weight. Use the form above and mention how often you'd buy it.
