What we make

Six shelves, one standard

Every category starts the same way — we find the person actually making the food, taste it ourselves, and only then put our name on it.

The shortlist

What we're building the range around

The products we've tasted, argued about and kept. Names and prices are indicative while the range is still being chosen — nothing here is on sale yet.

Why SYRAFresh

Shortcuts are what ruined this food

Most "pure" labels on the shelf hide a machine, a solvent or a filler. We built SYRAFresh to remove all three.

Traceable sourcing

We can tell you which farm, forest or family your jar came from — because we bought it from them ourselves.

Traditional methods

Bilona churning, wooden-ghani pressing, stone grinding. Slower, costlier, and the only way to keep the taste.

Nothing added

No preservatives, no colour, no fillers, no palm oil. If it isn't food, it doesn't go in the pack.

Packed to order

Small batches packed close to dispatch, so flour, masala and nuts reach you fresh rather than aged in a warehouse.

How it will work

Deliberately unglamorous

We're not trading yet, so nothing on this site takes payment. What you can do today is tell us what you'd buy — which is genuinely more useful to us than an order would be.

Build a list

Browse the range and add whatever you'd actually buy. Nothing is charged, and nothing is ordered.

Send it over

One tap sends your list to us on WhatsApp or by email. No account, no signup, no obligation.

It shapes what we stock

Every list tells us what to prioritise. When we open, the people who sent one hear first.

From the journal

What we're learning as we build this

Notes on how real food is actually made, and what the labels leave out. One new piece every few weeks.

Be there when we open

One short note every few weeks while we build — what we've tasted, who we've met, and word the moment the first batch is ready. Early subscribers get first-batch pricing.
